PADI LEVEL ONE FREEDIVER
Ready to begin your freediving journey?
The PADI Level One Freediver course is perfect for those who want to learn the fundamentals of freediving. It is intended to elevate the casual snorkeler or skin diver into a freediving enthusiast, so it emphasizes the specialized breathing techniques, equipment, procedures and safety issues associated with it. During the course, students will develop the knowledge and skills for a basic static apnea over 90 seconds, dynamic apnea to 25 meters/80 feet, and free immersion and constant weight freediving beyond 10 meters/33 feet. Students are guaranteed to leave this course with everything they need to know to casually freedive confidently, and, most importantly, safely!

Duration:
2 Days | 7 Hour classes each day from 10am - 5pm
Day One: Classroom / theory study and confined water session.
Day Two: Two open water sessions at a local spring.
Included in the course:
E-Learning.
Classroom session that covers the physics and physiology of freediving.
Confined water session that focuses on static apnea and dynamic apnea disciplines.
Open water session that focuses on depth diving in two disciplines (Free Immersion and Constant Weight).
Advanced relaxation techniques for freediving.
Mindfulness training for freediving.
Freediving safety training and rescue techniques.
Pre-diving stretching routines and diaphragmatic stretches.
Guide you in choosing appropriate gear for freediving.
PADI Certification Ecard upon completion.
Course Requirements:
Diver must be over the age of 15 to take this course.
Diver must be able to demonstrate the ability to swim continuously on the surface for 200 meters without swim aids, or 300 meters using a mask, fins and snorkel.
No gear? No problem! Rental gear is available for an additional $25 for the course, which you can select as an add on. Please remember to fill out the rental gear portion in the booking form so we can ensure we have everything you need!
Want to take home some memories to keep or share? Select the “Photo Package” add on out to gain access to all photos taken during the open water portion and choose 5 photos to have professionally edited.

Do you want all the same perks of a PADI Level One without having to share with others? Want to do something special for just you and your friends or spouse? Nervous about diving with others? Want more individualized attention and time from your instructor? Then the Private Level One is for you. We include all the same knowledge and experiences, but limit booking so you get to choose who joins you in the course.
Course cost: $500 per student.
