Full Immersion

  • Our Full Immersion coaching program is our most comprehensive and in depth program available.  We take any level of freediver and transform them into a diving machine.  This program covers subjects such: physical fitness, equalization, mindset, meditation, dry training for freediving, and so much more. No freediver’s needs are the same, and we believe in taking the time to curate something unique to take you to the next level.  This program is designed to fit your schedule and meet your specific needs / goals. What sets this program apart from others is the additional in-water training session included in each month.  Your in-water days can be saved up, redeemed at any time, and do not expire.  The full immersion coaching program is great for those who have a busy schedule, want to advanced their skillset outside of the water, and then put their newfound growth to the test in the water, all on their own terms.

  • When you sign up for the Full Immersion program, we’ll start by setting up your first weekly video chat. During the video chat, we’ll discuss your goals, current lifestyle details, any set backs you feel you’re having, and your schedule of availability. From there, we’ll take 24 - 36 hours to write you a custom training program that includes daily skills to work on or exercises to perform, that week’s goals to meet, meditation / mindset practices, and some fun freediving related recipes to try. Each week we’ll meet again via video chat to review your past week’s progress and discuss specific freediving topics. From there we will send you the following weeks customized program. This continues through the month. On your third video chat, we’ll also take time to set up your in-water training day. When we meet up for your in-water day, we’ll spend a full day diving in the springs, assessing your growth, and helping you to leap over any hurdles you may have left.

  • Every 4 weeks:

    • 1 hour video chat session per week.

    • Custom weekly training program.

    • 1 in water training day. 

  • Diver must be at least 15 years old to participate.

Break the Walls

  • This option is for the diver who needs a bit more structure outside of the water.  The Break the Walls coaching program is designed for those who are regularly in the water but seem to be stuck in their progress.  We take a custom approach to your training by evaluating where you are at, what your goals are, and what your schedule allows.  You will receive a custom dry training schedule for your month as well as in water training objectives and drills.  These monthly training objectives will cover physical fitness, equalization, mindset, meditation, and dry training for freediving.

  • Much like the Full Immersion program, when you sign up for the Break the Walls program, we’ll start by setting up your first weekly video chat. During the video chat, we’ll discuss your goals, current lifestyle details, any set backs you feel you’re having, and your schedule of availability. From there, we’ll take 24 - 36 hours to write you a custom training program that includes daily skills to work on or exercises to perform, that week’s goals to meet, and meditation / mindset practices. Each week we’ll meet again via video chat to review your past week’s progress and discuss specific freediving topics. From there we will send you the following weeks customized program. This continues through the month.

  • For 4 weeks:

    • Two 1 hour video chat sessions per week.

    • Custom weekly training program.

  • Diver must be at least 15 years old to participate.

Touch the Water

WEEKLY

  • Are you stuck in your progression?  Maybe you have a trip coming up that you would like to prepare for?  In the market for new gear? Or do you just need a fresh take / refresher on some freediving topics?  Then our Touch the Water option is what you’re looking for.  Our 90 minute freediving consultation will help shine a brand new light on your journey.  We will take time to cover any questions you might have on any topic of freediving.  You will then receive a custom, in-depth program that breaks down what we covered during the consultation and how you can apply it to your diving or better incorporate it into your current lifestyle.

  • For 1 week:

    • 1.5 hour video call

    • Custom, in-depth program reviewing our consultation and training / lifestyle

  • Diver must be at least 15 years old to participate.
